Key Responsibilities

• Manage the existing liability portfolio and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned deposit mobilization, cross-selling, and new-to-bank targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, CDD, AML, CFT, and internal banking policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records, transaction details, and due diligence documentation.
• Build long-term professional relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote banking products and services according to customer needs and business objectives.
