Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service experience.
• Ensure achievement and management of the branch’s profitability.
• Facilitate cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services.
• Maintain a high-quality portfolio to minimize potential losses to the Bank.
• Develop new business relationships and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements.
