Experience: Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience
We are looking for a Grid Manager to drive sales, revenue growth, business development, mobile broadband adoption, trade visibility, channel expansion, and cell-site utilization within the assigned grid.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sales planning, customer experience, team supervision, merchandising, business development, and close coordination with technical and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales & Revenue
- Drive revenue growth through 3G/4G services and handset sales.
- Develop new smartphone shops and improve the performance of existing retailers.
- Ensure quality gross adds and 3G/4G customer acquisition.
- Expand channels for SIM sales, Mobile Load, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, and Postpaid services.
- Identify high-potential areas for business expansion.
- Ensure timely purchase orders from franchises and maintain adequate stock availability.
🤝 Customer Service & Experience
- Manage customer complaints from start to resolution.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and service quality.
- Ensure effective quality assurance and customer experience management at franchises.
📢 Trade Visibility & Marketing
- Coordinate trade marketing activities across the assigned territory.
- Support brand visibility, BTL activities, trade promotions, market splash campaigns, and product visibility.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Channel teams for business development initiatives and special events.
📊 Planning & Business Development
- Identify untapped areas and improve retail penetration.
- Guide Business Development Officers (BDOs) in effective sales route planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts for SIMs, scratch cards, mini load, and recharge.
- Work with the Regional Sales Head to develop localized promotions for low-performing areas and improve network utilization.
👥 Team Management & Supervision
- Ensure employees and retailers receive adequate product and process training.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor stock availability.
- Ensure channel partners remain updated on SOPs, targets, discipline, and trade promotions.
🏪 Merchandising
- Ensure availability and proper placement of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials at retail outlets.
- Maintain effective merchandising standards throughout the assigned territory.
📡 Coordination with Technical Teams
- Collaborate closely with regional technology teams to optimize network resources.
- Monitor OPEX, site availability, LTE utilization, and 3G/4G accessibility.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving network performance and utilization.
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
