🎯 Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Increasing sales, transaction volumes, ROI, and organic share of sales.
• Onboarding new-to-bank (NTB) clients for payment and collection solutions.
• Conducting cost-benefit analysis of client relationships and preparing proposals for new clients.
• Expanding the customer base and improving customer retention.
• Preparing MIS, pipeline reports, visit reports, and other required reports.
• Responding to client queries and ensuring timely resolution.
• Completing all required Transaction Banking Division documentation in accordance with SOPs.
• Enhancing customer experience, engagement, and transaction success rates.
• Planning and forecasting targets in coordination with the line manager.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for the introduction and sale of Transaction Banking products.
• Identifying sales leads and cross-selling relevant banking solutions.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Regional Head – Sales.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience

• 4 to 7 years of banking experience.
• Candidates with relevant Transaction Banking / Digital Banking / Sales experience will be preferred.

Age Limit

• Maximum 55 years as of the date of application.
