Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for an Executive – Data Analysis & Insights to support data-driven decision-making, reporting, data quality, regulatory requirements, and business analysis. The position will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets, developing dashboards, automating reports, and providing actionable insights to support business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) prudential regulations.
• Manage regular and ad-hoc data requirements of regulators, corporate partners, and other stakeholders accurately and within deadlines.
• Extract and analyze data from financial system databases using queries and advanced analytical techniques.
• Ensure timely resolution and adherence to data-related observations raised by regulators and internal/external auditors.
• Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date dashboards and management reports.
• Work with large datasets, including data transformation, modeling, validation, and analysis.
• Conduct statistical analysis to support product enhancements, business analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Implement data validation processes to identify, investigate, and correct data errors.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of data processes to maintain high standards of data quality.
• Manage and maintain loan management datasets, ensuring data reliability, accuracy, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve data-related issues and improve product and loan processing systems.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Automate reporting processes and improve the efficiency and accuracy of data reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and Trino Database.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of financial systems databases.
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and reporting automation.
• Ability to manage and interpret large datasets and convert data into actionable business insights.
