Bank of Khyber is seeking a Team Leader – Commercial, SME & Agriculture Finance Group to support business growth, credit operations, and financing activities within the Commercial, SME, and Agriculture Finance segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial, SME, and agriculture finance activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and SME clients.
• Support credit assessment, processing, and portfolio management.
• Drive sales and business development targets.
• Identify new financing opportunities and strengthen the existing portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for timely processing and execution of financing facilities.
• Contribute to the growth of Islamic banking and financing business where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum Graduation required.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign university will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 04 years of Credit / Trade – Sales / Marketing / Processing experience in a commercial bank.
• Candidates with relevant Islamic Banking experience will be preferred.
