Qualification

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience under a similar capacity.

Job Description / Required Skills

• Apply for and negotiate slots for additional/ad hoc flights at L2/L3 airports.
• Secure timely approvals from relevant authorities for Summer/Winter schedules.
• Manage schedule changes due to operational, commercial, slot, or weather-related factors.
• Liaise with INNOVATA and OAG to keep airline schedules and routes updated in SSIM.
• Publish schedules and implement changes, including extra flights and cancellations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly aircraft utilization reports.
• Use technology systems and tools effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, is required.
• Coordinate with RM/Sales regarding flight changes to optimize utilization and yield.
• Assist the FOCC in managing disruptions caused by AOG or other unforeseen events.
