About Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)

Pakistan Cricket Board is responsible for promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.

Job Overview

The Senior Manager Security & Anti-Corruption will assist the Head of Department in ensuring the safety and security of PCB personnel, assets, events, and operations. The role involves implementing security procedures, supporting anti-corruption initiatives, protecting the integrity of cricket, and ensuring compliance with PCB and ICC regulations.

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 20 years of service experience in the Pakistan Army, Punjab Police, or Sindh Police.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in:
    • Security management
    • Intelligence and investigations
    • Vigilance
    • Integrity management
    • Anti-corruption operations
  • Experience in reporting, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Knowledge of sports integrity frameworks, anti-corruption practices, and investigative processes will be an added advantage.

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all PCB assets, venues, personnel, and operations.
  • Coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and relevant government departments regarding security arrangements for domestic and international cricket matches and events.
  • Plan, develop, and implement security programs, including:
    • Emergency Response
    • Crisis Management
    • Physical Security
    • Information Protection
    • Incident Management
    • Investigations
  • Assist in implementing PCB's Anti-Corruption policies, procedures, and awareness programs.
  • Support anti-corruption monitoring, intelligence gathering, and integrity-related activities during domestic and international cricket events.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and cricket governing bodies on security and anti-corruption matters.
  • Conduct preliminary reviews and investigations into potential breaches of PCB and ICC Anti-Corruption Codes, as directed.
  • Promote integrity awareness among players, match officials, support staff, and other stakeholders through education and outreach initiatives.
  • Prepare security and anti-corruption reports, incident analyses, and risk assessments for management review.
  • Maintain discipline, conduct, and operational effectiveness of security department personnel.
