The role ensures that raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control strategies, testing methodologies, procedures, and tools.
• Oversee quality testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Manage microbiological testing to ensure hygiene, product safety, and compliance.
• Analyze quality control data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Investigate non-conformances and deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train and develop quality control team members.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance processes, reduce defects, and improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports.
• Monitor industry regulations and quality standards.
• Set performance objectives and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in quality control or a related field.
