• Experience: Minimum 01 year of relevant experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of general items from appropriate sources.
• Help prepare and maintain records of comparative statements, work orders, and food item purchases.
• Survey the market for rates and obtain quotations from suppliers.
• Assist in negotiations with suppliers and vendors regarding pricing, warranty, and after-sales service.
• Arrange emergency items and follow up on pending purchase orders.
• Coordinate with the IT Department regarding rate changes and system updates.
• Arrange gas cylinders and resolve related issues.
• Manage requirements for the Maintenance and Biomedical Departments.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor according to knowledge and skills.
