Job Description

• Reconcile MMS/MCOP reports with cash and credit transactions.
• Assist in scheduling Cashiers according to their assigned shifts.
• Support the overall management of Checkout Floor Operations, including cash tills and End Control.
• Ensure smooth implementation of customer service standards within the department.
• Train and support Cashiers in their ongoing professional development.
• Develop the skills and competencies required for progression to the Department Manager (DM) role.
• Greet customers and provide accurate information regarding product specifications, availability, prices, and locations.
• Handle customer complaints by understanding their needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Obtain competitor promotion information from the DM to support business action plans.
• Stay informed about competitors’ services and activities through the line manager.
• Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technologies, and functionalities.
• Support the development of team members’ technical skills, individual growth, and positive attitudes.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager and/or senior management.
