The Relationship Officer - Consumer Finance will be responsible for driving and managing sales strategies and customer acquisition activities for unsecured consumer finance products within the assigned region or area. The role focuses on achieving or exceeding established sales targets, contributing to portfolio and customer growth, and supporting the overall business objectives of the Bank.

Candidates should have a minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail or consumer sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote consumer finance products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions according to their requirements.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guidance on consumer finance products.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing and timely delivery of services.
• Monitor market developments and competitor products to identify opportunities and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and generate leads.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of consumer finance products, market trends, and industry developments.
