Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in footwear, fashion retail, departmental stores, or large-format retail.
• Previous experience in team supervision and department management is preferred.

Job Description

• Manage the overall operations of the Shoes Department.
• Drive sales and ensure achievement of departmental targets.
• Ensure effective product display, merchandising, pricing, and stock availability.
• Supervise, motivate, and guide sales staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, damaged, and aging inventory.
• Coordinate with Buying and Store Operations teams for replenishment and assortment requirements.
• Ensure correct size availability, product tagging, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and product-related concerns professionally.
• Support stock counts, inventory control, and initiatives to reduce stock shrinkage.
• Maintain department cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with store SOPs.
