🎓 Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

💼 Experience

• 7–9 years of banking experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 3 years of relevant banking experience.

🎯 Age Limit

• Maximum 55 years as of the date of application.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Lead PRMs/SRMs toward achievement of assigned business goals.
• Ensure team members possess the required knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
• Achieve CASA, total deposit, cross-selling, and asset targets on a monthly basis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Recommend suitable banking products and solutions according to client needs.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and proactive calls with existing and prospective customers.
• Assist in identifying hiring gaps and support the interviewing, recruitment, and training of PRMs.
• Maintain follow-up records for potential customers and business opportunities.
• Monitor PRM/SRM performance against assigned targets.
• Ensure achievement of business KPIs according to the balanced scorecard.
