The Assistant Manager Financial Analysis will be responsible for conducting pre- and post-investment financial analysis to assess investment feasibility, ROI, and actual business outcomes. The role will support investment strategy, evaluate projects, identify performance gaps, and provide financial insights for better future planning and decision-making.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end financial analysis for investment projects and evaluate expected vs. actual benefits.
• Support the development of investment strategies for existing and new business requirements.
• Perform financial analysis for new, expansion, and strategic investment projects.
• Evaluate ROI and financial viability of business requirements and projects.
• Conduct financial evaluations of USF (Universal Service Fund) lots with relevant stakeholders.
• Support pre- and post-investment financial analysis of COW (Cell on Wheels) sites.
• Perform post-investment evaluations of completed projects according to company policies.
• Improve ROI evaluation processes by researching and implementing better methodologies.
• Maintain a centralized database of pre- and post-investment financial evaluation results.
• Identify, report, and help control compliance risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Coordinate effectively with different departments and maintain project trackers and databases.
• Support the Line Manager with assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

🎓 Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related financial discipline.
• MBA/Master's in Finance will be an added advantage.
• CFA, CMA, CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus.

💼 Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
