📝 Job Responsibilities

The Relationship Officer Asset will be responsible for supporting business growth, customer relationship management, asset sales, and loan portfolio development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Sell banking products and services according to approved SOPs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Clearly communicate product terms and conditions to customers.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.
• Promote loan products and increase the bank’s customer base.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive collection activities.
• Maintain proper handling and confidentiality of customers’ legal documents.
• Follow the bank’s policies regarding cash handling and loan collections.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the line manager.
• Conduct customer meetings according to product requirements.
• Process loan bookings in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and markets.
• Maintain product and service knowledge and provide feedback for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal service standards and customer fair-treatment policies.
• Build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
• Report suspected fraud, financial loss, or irregular activities to the relevant manager.
• Ensure compliance with bank SOPs, internal controls, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.
