Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Manager – Technical Expert to support and oversee construction and development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in construction project management, planning, budgeting, quality control, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, from initial planning and design through execution and final handover.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and construction methodologies.
• Handle budgeting, cost estimation, vendor and contractor management, and resource planning for large-scale projects.
• Utilize project management and design software for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with government authorities, consultants, regulatory bodies, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor project quality, timelines, resources, and overall technical progress.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience
