🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets through ethical banking practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell the bank’s loan and financial products.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the 5 Cs of Credit.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective customers.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive collection activities.
• Follow all bank policies, SOPs, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market assessments to identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and legal documentation.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding product terms and conditions.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the line manager.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and minimize service-related complaints.
• Report suspected fraud, financial loss or irregularities to the relevant management.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships between the bank and its customers.
