Program: Orphan Family Support Program

Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a qualified and experienced Regional Coordinator (KP North) to support the implementation and coordination of projects under its Orphan Family Support Program.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduation or Master's degree, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in the same region/area of KP North Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the implementation of program-related projects.
• Lead Family Support Officers (FSOs) and ensure effective regional planning.
• Oversee Study Center operations and maintain proper documentation.
• Analyze program data and prepare periodic reports.
• Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and management.
• Coordinate effectively with relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of program activities across the region.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple program activities effectively.
