Momentum Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance to support day-to-day financial operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, ledger accounting, and month-end closing activities. The successful candidate will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and financial reporting automation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily finance operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounting and cash flow records.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate finance processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Provide financial information to support management decision-making.
• Perform other finance-related assignments as required.
