• Ensure all SWIFT messages are exported, reconciled, and distributed to relevant branches and departments within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining date-wise electronic records.
• Oversee the availability of the SWIFT system and its connectivity with SWIFT Belgium to ensure timely transmission of messages.
• Coordinate with the IT department regarding application-related issues and ensure proper archival of SWIFT messages.
• Manage the creation and amendment of SWIFT profiles in coordination with Information Security (InfoSec).
• Ensure timely processing of monthly SWIFT payments after obtaining the necessary approvals.
• Respond to queries from centralized departments and ensure compliance with established operational standards.
• Perform any other SWIFT-related duties and responsibilities assigned by senior management.
