The Bank of Punjab is one of Pakistan’s rapidly growing banks, with more than 35 years of banking presence and a network of 900+ branches. The bank is seeking experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals for the position of Relationship Manager in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Market banking products and achieve assigned business targets/KPIs.
• Provide financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals according to SBP regulations and bank policies.
• Conduct financial analysis and credit risk assessments.
• Identify deteriorating credit situations and take timely corrective measures.
• Identify target markets to maximize business opportunities.
• Complete pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities and related documentation.
• Monitor compliance with approved credit terms and conditions.
• Maintain updated insurance policies, stock reports, asset valuations, audited accounts, and other relationship records.
• Ensure timely recovery of installments, mark-up, and other bank charges.
• Regularize approved deferrals within the prescribed period.
• Conduct and organize periodic stock verification.
• Conduct regular customer business calls/visits and submit visit reports.
• Prepare required statements and reports.
• Maintain credit files according to bank policies.
• Resolve audit objections related to assigned relationships.
• Ensure smooth and error-free customer service.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and queries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 4 years of banking experience.
• Relevant banking/relationship management experience will be preferred.
• Maximum age: 55 years as of the application date.
