Job Description

• Supervise BTG (Boiler, Turbine & Generator) and BOP (Balance of Plant) operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
• Monitor plant parameters through DCS and coordinate with field teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Execute plant startups, shutdowns, and emergency procedures in accordance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and operational reports.
• Support plant performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in power plant operations.
• Hands-on experience with Boiler and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an operational environment.
