IRC Dairy Products (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Officer EHS to support the implementation and maintenance of environmental, health, and safety programs. The position involves regulatory compliance, risk assessments, safety inspections, emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and promoting a safe and sustainable workplace.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience who want to develop their career in Environmental Health & Safety Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, and applicable factory regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in health and safety training, emergency drills, and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor and document safety incidents, near misses, and corrective measures.
• Maintain environmental management reports, records, and EHS data.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies regarding EHS compliance.
• Assist in workplace accident and incident investigations.
• Support the implementation of preventive and corrective measures.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant EHS legislation, standards, and best practices.
• Use MS Office and ERP systems for reporting, data management, and record-keeping.
• Support emergency response preparedness activities.
• Maintain inventory of EHS equipment and safety resources.

Education
