Eligibility Criteria
Education / Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University, College or Institute recognized by HEC.
- Candidates with a background in Accounting or Finance will be preferred.
- Candidates holding a Master's degree in Finance or Economics, or an ACCA qualification, will be preferred.
Age
- Maximum age: 28 years as of the application closing date.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Agricultural and/or SME Banking in Business and/or Risk Management within a commercial bank.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Executive Credit in reviewing and analyzing credit proposals for SME and Agri segments, including quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis as well as climate-related risks.
- Analyze working capital and requirements for both SME and Agri segments, including production and development loans as well as seasonal financing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Structure credit limits in conjunction with the actual requirements of borrowers and in line with the offered collateral.
- Assist in rectifying internal and external audit observations.
- Coordinate with business groups for clarifications and relevant information.
- Assess and understand the risk profile of SME and non-farm credit lifecycles as awareness of green banking, environmental and social and climate-related risks.
- Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
Other Knowledge / Competencies
- Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agri and SME financing products.
- Proficiency in Credit Analysis.
- Proficiency in Financial Statement Analysis.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
- Understanding of different types of collateral.

- Candidates will be evaluated based on the defined eligibility criteria.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a mandatory assessment test. Further processing may include panel interviews.

- The employment will be on a contractual basis for 03 years, which may be renewed on the direction of Management.
- In case of selection, candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of three years and no request for transfer will be entertained.
