Job Description

• Manage accounting activities for Amazon USA/UAE and Sharjah Retail, including bookkeeping, COGS accounting, and financial reporting.
• Reconcile Amazon FBA transactions and inventory while ensuring accurate ERP valuation.
• Manage US Sales Tax, UAE VAT (5%), and Corporate Tax compliance and filings.
• Handle USD, AED, and PKR reconciliations, intercompany transfers, vendor payments, and Head Office expenses.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure proper Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping across subsidiaries.

Key Requirements

• ACCA / CA Inter with completed article training.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; the overall listing specifies 5 years of experience.
• Experience with Odoo ERP, Amazon FBA, Point of Sales (POS), intercompany transactions, and foreign currency transactions will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, US Sales Tax, IRS requirements, and financial controls.
• Strong accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and ERP management skills.
