🎓 Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM)

• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in HR

💼 Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Management
• Experience in the development sector (NGO/INGO/UN) is preferred

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of HR practices
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Staff management
