🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

💼 Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, departmental stores, or large-format retail will be an advantage.

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising plans across assigned store areas.
• Maintain product displays, mannequins, signage, and promotional setups according to VM standards.
• Ensure proper product presentation, color coordination, and effective space utilization.
• Support seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, Marketing, and Buying teams for display requirements.
• Conduct routine floor checks and address visual merchandising gaps.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and display changes.
• Maintain VM materials, props, and display equipment.
• Prepare basic VM reports and share observations with the VM Lead.
