Position Details
Position: Relationship Manager – Cash Management (Sales)
Grade: OG-II / OG-I
Reporting To: Unit Head – Cash Management
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university, college or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Candidates possessing a Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Banking Industry and/or Financial Sector.
- At least 1 year of experience in Cash Management (Sales) and/or Corporate Banking and/or Investment Banking.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Account Coverage Responsibilities
- Assist the Unit Head – CMD in implementing the business strategy.
- Support client and business origination and coverage activities and achieve sales/business targets, including client acquisition, retention and revenue generation.
- Manage the assigned Cash Management portfolio to maximize revenues and achieve established business targets while protecting the Bank’s interests.
- Assess customers’ wallet and future business opportunities and develop plans to increase the Bank’s share of wallet.
- Proactively monitor portfolio growth and assess the profitability of individual accounts by collecting, analyzing and interpreting information from various sources.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders, including client coverage and risk mitigators, to remain updated on client relationships and maintain effective communication.
- Provide client feedback and market intelligence to product managers regarding potential new products, enhancements and modifications.
- Ensure high professional standards of customer service to secure new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Business Development & Revenue Generation Responsibilities
- Work with Corporate Banking Relationship teams, Trade Operations Division, Financial Institutions, Trade Processing Centers, trade-generating branches and Regulatory Compliance Division to develop, structure, market and execute client business.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete for registration and implementation of solutions and provide feedback regarding product requirements or issues.
- Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including asset book building and cross-selling of FX, Trade Finance and other Bank products and services.
- Respond to client requests, directly or through the Solution Delivery team, to obtain information required for smooth implementation and delivery of client solutions.
- Follow up with clients after solution delivery to ensure their requirements are being adequately addressed.
- Monitor risks effectively and remain updated on market developments to ensure proactive or remedial actions are taken to maintain the desired level of credit risk in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties or assignments entrusted by the supervisor(s).
Assessment Test / Interview
Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the stated basic eligibility criteria will be invited for the assessment test and/or panel interview(s).
Employment Terms & Benefits
The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of Management.
