Position Details
Number of Positions: 04
Job Title: Relationship Manager - Institutional Deposits (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting To: Team Leader – Institutional Deposits
Place of Posting: Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi
Employment Type: Contractual, for three years, extendable at the discretion of Management
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university, college or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Experience
- Minimum 03 years of banking sales experience in Institutional Deposit Mobilization.
Required Skills / Expertise / Knowledge
- Sales management and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to acquire and manage institutional relationships.
- Sound understanding of retail banking products.
- Good geographical knowledge of the place of posting.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-value customer portfolios.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned institutional deposit mobilization targets through acquisition of new institutional relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify, solicit and onboard potential institutional customers for deposit growth and portfolio expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, authorized signatories and stakeholders of institutional clients.
- Manage and grow the institutional deposit portfolio by identifying business opportunities and ensuring retention of existing customers.
- Generate leads and promote the Bank’s liability and cross-sell products.
- Ensure a swift customer onboarding process.
- Provide a high standard of customer service by responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable banking laws, instructions, regulations and procedures.
- Maintain all files, documentation and comprehensive records related to daily business operations.
- Ensure that audit requirements and observations related to business are addressed, both internally and externally, and implement measures to minimize recurrence.
- Ensure a Shariah-compliant environment is maintained at Islamic Banking windows within the Region.
- Ensure all processes are completed within the specified TAT.
- Follow all Bank SOPs, policies and procedures.
- Perform any other assignments as directed by the supervisor(s).
Assessment Test / Interview
Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview(s).
Employment Terms & Benefits
The selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of Management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits according to the Bank’s applicable policies and rules.
