Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – SME will be responsible for managing and expanding SME client relationships, developing new business opportunities, processing credit proposals, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen and deepen relationships with existing SME clients.
• Develop and acquire new client relationships.
• Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals in accordance with SBP regulations and BOP guidelines.
• Market and sell relevant banking products and services.
• Achieve assigned business and KPI targets.
• Provide financial advice to existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure timely completion of pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities.
• Obtain required DAC from RCAD for assigned credit relationships.
• Ensure compliance with prescribed turnaround times for credit processing.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 04 years of banking experience in a similar role.

Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of the application date.
