Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Financial Operations

• Oversee day-to-day accounting of regional offices, districts and projects.
• Review and verify vouchers, payments, advances and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely bank and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain proper coding and monitoring of restricted/unrestricted and Zakat funds.
• Prepare monthly accounts, reconciliations and consolidated financial reports.
• Monitor project-wise expenses and compliance with donor agreements and organizational policies.
• Support budget preparation, monitoring and variance analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory records.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance in procurement, payments, advances and project funds.
• Assist in preparation of donor financial reports.
• Coordinate statutory compliance matters.
• Facilitate internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
• Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure of action plans.

Team Support

• Supervise and guide finance/accounts officers and district accounts staff.
• Build team members' capacity in accounting procedures and compliance.
• Ensure transparency, accuracy and accountability in financial transactions.
