📌 Job Description
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking an experienced and skilled Bowling Coach to join the Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the bowling skills of Pakistan’s national team players.
🎓 Required Education, Competency & Experience
-
Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers, national/franchise or international teams
-
Excellent understanding of bowling techniques, game analysis and player development
-
Experience in monitoring and evaluating bowling systems and processes used at the international level
-
Proven experience in successfully coaching athletes/cricketers to required international standards

Strong planning, organizing and execution skills

Strong management skills

Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Strong persuasion skills with integrity, prudence and professionalism

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite

Coaching software experience will be considered an added qualification
