📌 Job Purpose

The selected candidate will manage end-to-end Telco and Non-Telco activities within assigned grids. The role focuses on network availability, network operations, OPEX management, field-team coordination, and improving operational KPIs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor grid performance and ensure network availability.
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of access networks and generator sets.
• Manage grid operations within the allocated OPEX budget.
• Optimize operational costs, including electricity and DG fuel expenses.
• Manage and coordinate field resources, including cluster owners, riggers, and fueling teams.
• Support capability and competency development of field teams.
• Coordinate with Regional FOPS Manager and TGLs for monthly targets and KPIs.
• Evaluate field-team performance on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.
• Ensure compliance with network and operational KPIs.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant work experience
