Meezan Bank Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Officer – ADC Operations at its Head Office in Karachi.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's degree, from an HEC-recognized institute or university.
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience.
• Experience in Islamic Credit Cards, Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC), and/or Debit Card Operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reconciliation and settlement of ADC, ATM, CDM, and CCDM transactions, ensuring timely resolution of overages, shortages, and discrepancies in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
• Coordinate with branches, member banks, and relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding settlement matters, transaction disputes, and reconciliation-related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and transaction disputes through relevant platforms, including MPG, SDRS, VISA, and MasterCard, while investigating and ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and operating procedures prescribed by VISA, MasterCard, China UnionPay, PayPak, 1LINK, and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transactions, reconciliations, disputes, settlements, and compliance matters.
