📌 Job Purpose

National Foods Limited is seeking an AM Commercial Sales Analyst to support its International Division with commercial analytics, sales performance tracking, market insights, data-driven recommendations, and sales operations.

The role will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the Head of International Sales to monitor market performance, identify opportunities and risks, support action plans, and manage trade claims and commercial investments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve secondary sales dashboards and inventory data.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend corrective or growth actions.
• Identify products/categories requiring action due to short shelf life, write-offs, or overperformance.
• Support BDMs in achieving monthly order and performance targets.
• Coordinate Joint Distributor Business Plans based on KPIs and sales & distribution strategies.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor regional and distributor sales performance against targets.
• Review secondary sales, trade expenditure, and P&L processes.
• Manage and improve promotional accruals and trade claims processes.
• Analyze market trends and category data for management decision-making.
• Prepare sales performance, market insights, and P&L reports and presentations.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement.
• Support internal meetings including S&OP, Commercial Excellence, BDM meetings, and Finance Reviews.
• Assist the Sales Leadership Team with the annual budgeting process.
• Monitor sales and distribution costs against agreed targets.
