Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market visits to develop new and existing customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the Credit Initiation Unit (CIU) for timely loan approvals and disbursements.
• Understand customer needs and develop suitable financing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with House Financing Policy and SBP regulations.
• Support team leaders and sales managers in preparing financing proposals.
• Assist in loan recovery efforts for individually marketed cases.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign university in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience in consumer retail lending, preferably housing finance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with good market knowledge.
• Familiarity with SBP regulations and Consumer Finance compliance requirements.
