Job Overview

Allah Wale Foundation is seeking a competent and experienced Cluster Coordinator (Male) to manage and monitor assigned PEF schools in Gujranwala. The role involves school visits, coordination with school staff and management, monitoring academic and administrative matters, and ensuring compliance with PEF standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor and visit assigned PEF schools.
• Coordinate with School Heads, teachers, and Cluster Management.
• Monitor academic, operational, and administrative matters.
• Handle and follow up on SIS-related issues, including student and teacher data.
• Ensure timely submission of school reports, records, and required information.
• Monitor attendance, enrollment, textbooks, school cleanliness, infrastructure, and facilities.
• Identify school-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Support schools in complying with PEF standards, policies, and requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and provide regular updates to the Head Office.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Management, or a relevant field.

Required Experience & Skills

• Relevant experience in school monitoring, education projects, or PEF schools preferred.
• Good understanding of PEF policies and school operations.
• Strong knowledge of SIS and school data management.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel to schools preferred.
