Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting footwear based on their needs, preferences, and size.
• Provide customers with product information, features, and recommendations.
• Maintain attractive and properly arranged shoe displays.
• Ensure adequate stock availability and coordinate replenishment with supervisors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to sales growth.
• Ensure accurate pricing, tagging, and product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales department.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock audits, and merchandise management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Provide customers with a positive and professional shopping experience.
