Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
• 💼 2–5 years of banking experience.
• ⭐ Relevant banking experience will be preferred.
• 🎂 Maximum age: 55 years as of the application date.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and improvement of credit card products and procedures.
• Assist with marketing, sales, and product operations.
• Develop and execute credit card campaigns to increase sales and acquisition.
• Formulate marketing and business development strategies for the cards business.
• Review and implement business process improvements.
• Ensure sales staff are properly trained on products and processes.
• Develop cross-selling programs using the existing customer database.
• Maintain effective coordination with relevant departments.
• Support the Product Manager in decision-making and maintaining product quality.
