Job Overview

The Relationship Officer Asset will be responsible for developing customer relationships, promoting loan products, achieving assigned sales targets, evaluating customer profiles, ensuring timely loan repayments, and maintaining compliance with MMBL policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell bank loan products according to defined SOPs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while following ethical banking practices.
• Identify new business opportunities, prospects, markets, and potential customers.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Explain product terms and conditions clearly to customers.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.
• Ensure proactive collection and timely repayment of loans.
• Maintain and protect customers' legal documents.
• Follow proper procedures when handling field collections.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the Line Manager.
• Conduct customer meetings according to product requirements.
• Process loan bookings in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and standards.
• Stay updated on products and services and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities.
• Maintain internal service standards and follow the bank's fair-treatment policy.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Report suspected fraud or potential losses to the Line Manager/HOD.
• Ensure compliance with bank SOPs and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
• MBA will be preferred.

Experience:

• Fresh candidates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
