Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for completion of house loan files.
• Process credit files according to bank policies and SBP regulations.
• Liaise with RCAD for property evaluation, legal opinions, and loan disbursements.
• Coordinate with customers/CAD CFC for release of construction tranches.
• Ensure completion of credit file documentation.
• Coordinate with RFD Operations on operational matters.
• Liaise with MIS and reconciliation departments.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized/foreign university in:

• Business Administration
• Finance
• Marketing
• Related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of banking experience in consumer retail lending.
• Housing finance experience in a reputable bank will be preferred.

Age:

• Up to 55 years as of the date of application.

Other Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with SBP regulations and consumer finance compliance requirements.
