Job Description

Printkraft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sr. Officer - Graphic Design with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts (Printing, Packaging & Publishing) and 3–5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and visual arts within a medium or large-scale printing and packaging industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic designs for printing and packaging products, ensuring design accuracy, print quality, and compliance with production requirements. The role involves close coordination with production teams throughout the process, from concept development to the finished product.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop graphic designs for printing and packaging using Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.

• Prepare and optimize layouts with accurate offset color separation.

• Perform pre-press tasks using the Heidelberg Prepress System.

• Ensure designs meet quality control and print production standards.

• Collaborate with production teams on materials, inks, varnishes, and packaging components.

• Conduct soft proofing and make revisions according to print specifications and client requirements.

• Maintain consistency and brand integrity across packaging designs.

• Manage multiple design projects while meeting strict deadlines.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure design feasibility and production quality.

• Stay updated on printing technology and packaging design trends.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of design projects and communications.

• Use MS Office and related software for communication and documentation.
