Job Description

• Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) according to project drawings and specifications.

• Perform material quantity reconciliation and monitor material consumption against approved quantities.

• Monitor project quantities, costs, and budget utilization for effective cost control.

• Review project progress and assess executed quantities against approved drawings and BOQs.

• Review and verify contractors' Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), running bills, and payment claims.

• Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation, and pricing for construction works.
