Job Description

The Analyst – DFS Reconciliation will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of digital financial transactions, clearing accounts, and interbank settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliation of digital transaction pipelines, including RAAST, wallets, payment gateways, and IBFT.
• Match General Ledger (GL) balances with bank statements and partner accounts.
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled entries, chargebacks, discrepancies, and suspense account balances.
• Monitor aging entries and identify potential financial, operational, or liquidity risks.
• Support month-end closing by verifying and preparing settlement entries for assigned digital clearing GLs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering outstanding positions, reconciliation status, and aging analysis.
• Coordinate with IT, Treasury, Customer Operations, and external digital financial service partners to resolve transaction issues and system errors.
• Ensure reconciliation activities are completed accurately within defined timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Fintech, or a related field.
• Relevant qualifications include BS Finance, BBA, or B.Com.
• Progress toward professional certifications such as ACCA, CA Foundation/Inter, or relevant digital banking certifications will be an advantage.
