🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university
• Experience: Minimum 07 years of banking experience in a similar role
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of the application date

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned hub/team business targets and ensure balanced growth across SME, Commercial/Corporate and SBP financing schemes.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for funded and non-funded business and structure suitable proposals.
• Provide financial advice and banking solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop cross-selling opportunities for deposits, RFD/ACD products and cash management services.
• Monitor the portfolio to prevent new NPLs and support recovery of existing NPLs.
• Conduct customer visits and ensure timely recovery of installments, markups and bank charges.
• Ensure compliance with BOP policies, operational procedures and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
• Conduct customer screening and maintain credit discipline according to approved policies.
• Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals, including financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Ensure credit processing turnaround times are achieved.
• Complete pre- and post-sanction/disbursement requirements and maintain required documentation.
• Monitor compliance with approved credit terms and keep insurance, stock, valuation and financial records updated.
• Communicate product terms and conditions to customers when required.
• Conduct regular customer business calls and maintain visit reports.
• Help customers make informed decisions by presenting suitable banking options and alternatives.
