Job Summary

Bulleh Shah Packaging (BSP), a Packages Group company, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Manager Conversion - CD in Kasur.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve production and OEE targets while reducing setup time.
• Minimize waste, rework, and operating costs.
• Ensure quality standards and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop team capability, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to lead and engage high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong focus on production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
