Job Description

MMBL is seeking a Business Analyst – Digital & Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC) to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for digital banking and alternate delivery channels.

The role involves working across Mobile Banking/Dost App, Internet Banking, Digital Onboarding, Account Opening, Digital Lending, ATM, CDM, POS, QR Payments, Agent Banking, and Payment Gateways.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRS, Agile User Stories, process flows, use cases, customer journey maps, and GAP analyses.
• Develop API mapping documents covering REST/JSON, Open Banking APIs, and ISO 8583 message fields.
• Support integrations involving digital channels, middleware, payment switches, 1Link, Raast, and T24 Core Banking.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams, technology teams, fintech partners, switch operators, and external vendors.
• Define transaction limits, fee/commission rules, OTP/2FA parameters, biometric verification, and dispute management workflows.
• Support UAT, SIT, defect triage through Jira, and post-implementation validation.
• Monitor channel availability, transaction trends, digital adoption, customer behavior, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, eKYC requirements, data privacy standards, audit observations, and internal policies.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in Digital Banking, ADC channels, and payment systems.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ATM/CDM operations, POS Acquiring & Issuing, Agent Banking, Payment Gateways, payment switching, and Core Banking integrations.
• Experience in customer journey mapping and process re-engineering.
• Knowledge of API and Open Banking integrations.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.
• Understanding of 1Link, Raast, eKYC, payment ecosystems, and SBP digital-channel compliance.

Desirable Certifications

• Certified Agile Business Analyst (CABA)
• ECBA / CCBA
