Job Purpose

The Senior Manager Compliance will lead and manage National Foods Limited’s ethics and compliance program, including the Code of Conduct, compliance policies, whistleblowing/integrity channels, internal investigations, compliance monitoring, and initiatives to promote a culture of ethical conduct across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and update the Code of Conduct and related compliance policies.
• Manage anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, whistleblowing, and third-party due diligence policies.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards and incorporate relevant updates into company policies.
• Lead company-wide compliance communication and training.
• Administer the integrity/whistleblowing reporting portal and ensure confidentiality and timely case handling.
• Lead or oversee investigations into misconduct, policy breaches, and compliance violations.
• Coordinate investigations with Ethics, HR, Legal, and relevant business functions.
• Develop and manage compliance monitoring, testing, and risk assessment programs.
• Report compliance incidents, metrics, and trends to senior management and the Board Audit Committee.
• Maintain compliance policy inventories, version control, and governance documentation.
• Escalate material compliance breaches through appropriate governance channels.
• Maintain clear accountability between Compliance and Governance functions.
• Continuously improve the compliance program in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in compliance, ethics, legal, audit, or risk.
• Experience in a listed company or multinational organization is preferred.
• LLB/Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong experience in investigations and whistleblowing/integrity programs is highly preferred.
