Job Overview

Stylo Group is seeking an Analyst – Sourcing & Vendor Development to support sourcing analytics, supplier performance tracking, order monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards for OTIF, order execution, supplier performance, and sourcing KPIs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze ERP data to support sourcing and business decisions.
• Monitor open POs, delivery timelines, and material readiness.
• Identify potential delivery delays and support recovery planning.
• Maintain vendor scorecards covering OTIF, quality, claims, calendar adherence, and responsiveness.
• Analyze supplier performance trends and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding supplier payments, deductions, claims, and reconciliations.
• Track pending commercial matters and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Production, Quality, and Finance teams.
• Support supplier communication through data-driven analysis and timely escalations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
3–4 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain analytics. Retail experience preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong command of MS Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Ability to handle large datasets and develop scalable reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good business acumen and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
